The National Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague

The National Shrine and the Association of the Infant Jesus of Prague were established on August 2, 1949, in the Parish Church of St. Wenceslaus, Prague, Oklahoma, by the Prior General of the Order of Discalced Carmelites of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mount Carmel.

The National Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague provides a daytime stop for visitors where they may pray and meditate in a place of peaceful, beautiful and devotional surroundings. Facilities include a monument to the Infant Jesus and a Meditation Garden. People from all over the world have come to view the Shrine since it opened.

Tours: Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Self-guided tours are available during opening hours. Special group tours by arrangement.

Gift Shop: Open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.(Open other times by special arrangement.)
